Collection: Textiles
Natural materials: our focus on hemp, wool and cotton, we are currently researching with our potential partner factory using Hemp Bast fibers from a PNW processor. Textile mills tend to require larger volumes; however, the only barrier at this point is the assurance for the end market demand and finding business partners who want to co-operate!
Hemp is an amazing plant, perfect for apparel as it is naturally strong, beautiful and antimicrobial. Target markets we are analyzing: spun yard direct into seamless knit for apparel, socks and circular knit items. Woven finished products tend to be rather heavy in operation requirements although 1 Tonne of Hemp bast could produce hundreds of bedsheets, shirts, socks and canvas.

Bio-tech textiles: we have a Bio-Graphene yarn technology, developed from Corn Stalk which is 99.9% Anti-microbial, ideal for first line and military personnel. Naturally eliminating virus and bacteria upon contact since graphene is the smallest, sharpest, hardest material known to science. We made excellent masks during the pandemic and could outfit medical personnel with reusable PPE, with added safety, comfort and an upgrade to eliminate the millions of disposables in the medical industry. Bio-graphene under a microscope looks like shards of glass embedded in our proprietary yarn process, shredding microbial bodies eliminating them naturally with longevity and healthy properties with the epidermis.

Hemp Blended Textiles: In addition to our vast array of current market access to conventional wool, cotton, linen, modal and polyester yarns we also utilize recycled yarns. Our team of experts have the equipment for the end to end recycling process, from collecting, sorting to shredding to washing into renewed yarns and fabrics. Also post consumer textiles are great for building insulation and enclosed wall paneling.
Our network of factories have years of experience in both the conventional materials processing but also the renewals space, developed over decades. Our goal is to facilitate, bringing proven and successful technologies, products, equipment, training and support for these alliances of US circular manufacturing in the area of recycling and reclaiming valuable resources.
